Aside from traveling and cooking with the kids, I am still looking for fun ways to spend the summer. I know it’s very hot and humid, so I am toying on the idea of having an indoor fun.
I was browsing through facebook and found photos of friends doing yoga. I have never tried it before, but have heard so many positive effects of yoga on my friends. And then I thought… maybe it’s a good idea to do yoga this summer! Plus it’s not really a very expensive hobby. Thank God I don’t have to buy for plus size yoga pants since I’ve shed off so much weight with my healthy diet.
Paleo diet and Yoga would be a perfect combination to stay fit, don’t you think so, too?
